I’m applying for neutering subsidy for a doggy. Hope you get the snail mail with the receipt on time.
His name is Puppy and found wandering in the neigbourhood park by a neighbor and sent to our house.
We fostered and tried to find Puppy’s owners for a number months, sadly no one came forward.
We also posted Puppy at the Vet’s on weekends hoping it would lead to an adoption, Puppy is a good dog and gets along with our 3 other doggies.
We didn’t name him because of attachment and letting him go would be difficult.
When Puppy was first rescued:
