Hello Dr Chan

    Hope you are well. I would like to seek spaying subsidy for Scooby. He was one of the strays that i feed every night. He is a young fella, estimated about 1 year or so. Friendly and playful. He was caught by the council last Friday. I claimed him out on Saturday and would like to seek neutering subsidy. Currently he is at a foster home. He is a nice dog and should hopefully find a home.
