Spaying subsidy for Dum-Dum, female cat (Nicole Kuang Wei Fen’s)

We have subsidised RM100 for the spaying of Dum-Dum.

Dear Kah Yein,

 

Dum-Dum was a stray cat who always looking for food around the See Vet.
One day, I met her and catch her with 2 hands (no cage needed) into the vet for neutering operation.

 

Here, I would like to apply for subsidy for spaying surgery for Dum-Dum
