Subject: Neutering Subsidy Application
To: chankahyein@gmail.comDear Dr Chan,I would like to apply for neutering subsidy for 3 female dogs that lives in my office vicinity in Old Klang Road. There are a few stray dogs that live around this stretch of road and these 3 young female dogs were found in my office vicinity and had been staying here since they were puppies as I feed them.I had called the SPCA to see if they could take them in, but due to the number of animals in the shelter, they suggested that I do a TNRM for these dogs. I already had the dogs spayed on Saturday (14 February) and had their ears notched. I am planning to let them live in my office vicinity unless I can find someone to rehome them. They are now allowed to roam around my office since they had been neutered.I hope that you are able to assist with the subsidies. Attached are the photos requested of the dogs (before operation and after operation). I had also scanned the receipt and form for your reference.
