Spaying subsidy for 2 dogs, Ah Fah and Blackie (Esther Chan Fui Peng’s)

We have subsidised RM300 for the spaying of Ah Fah and Blackie.

Dear Dr. Chan

I have rescued one pregnant mother street dog that came to deliver 4 puppies. The mother is in danger as she again on heats attracting lots of other male street dogs. The neighborhood are very hostile to her and her surviving two puppies.
I took her and her female puppy to be sprayed/neutered so that she and fast growing up female puppy do not have offsprings anymore. 4 On top of that I gave food for them twice daily.
May I get sponsorship for spray/neuter. Details as below

Dog neutered : 1 mother dog named Blackie and 1 female puppy (5.5 months old) named Ah Fah
Fees : for Blackie is ringgit 180 ( neutered fees ) + 50 (on drips) + 30 (other fees)
for Ah Fah is ringgit 180 (neutered fees)

I have attached some photos before and after neutering for both dogs.

Please consider my application for Neutering Sponsorship for these two street dogs.
