Spaying sponsorship for Mimi and Lily, rescued cats (Engku Nor Hidayu bt Tuan Ahmad’s)

We have fully sponsored RM100 for the spaying of Mimi and Lily. The procedure was done at the government vet in Terengganu.

Hello Dr Chan. I’m Engku Nor Hidayu from Kuala Terengganu. I would like to apply for your neutering subsidy for my 2 cats Mimi and Lily.

Mimi and Lily

Mimi came to my house last year, heavily pregnant with Lily and later gave birth in the garden. I took her in because I’m afraid other animals will eat her kittens. Since the, I keep her in and finally went to spay her last Wednesday, 11th March 2015.

If this application is accepted, I will post the original receipt and form to you as soon as possible.
