Neutering sponsorship for 2 cats (Marina bt Mustapha’s)

We have fully sponsored RM180 for the neutering of Ramlee and Tam.

Dear Dr Chan,

There was a male kitten rescued with eye infection, flu & umbilical hernia last Nov 2014.

He is now estimated 6 months old & his hernia got bigger (became bluish).

I have sent him to vet for hernia surgery & vet neutered him at the same time.

Can I claim for the neutering subsidy? There are potential adopters (not confirm yet) for Ramlee.

Will post out tomorrow itemized receipt.

Dear Dr Chan, Here is a collage for Tam (pre \@vet & post surgery). He cannot sit still so I took the best pictures that I can. We are treating Tam with skin problem (mange) & conjunctivitis too.
