To: “chankahyein@gmail.com” <chankahyein@gmail.com>Hi Dr Chan,Recently I sent one of the stray cat(male named Dragoon) from my apartment area for spaying and would like to apply for a subsidy. The procedure was done on 30th March 2015. The cost is RM 100-castration procedure. Dragoon will be release back to the neighborhood, our family has been feeding a numbers of cats around the blocks and would like to continue in giving effort to TNR the cats community.Here are the picture before and after surgery. We have the vet notched the left ear as well. As you can see, he have some wound around the tail area which we did not notice before the surgery and we had him treated for wound during surgery as well, the charges was not included on the receipt but we will bear the cost.Picture before surgery(single), not cropped. I include this picture as the collage picture was cropped and cant see his face clearly.Please let us know if we need to do include any other documents beside the receipt+form.
