Dear Dr Chan,
I have sent 1 female stray cat that appeared in my block parking area around 2/3weeks for spaying procedure.Can I claim for the subsidy? Attached collage of the Tortie ( the female stray cat’s name).
Once she recovers from the surgery, I will release her back to the parking area as community cat.
