Dear Dr. Chan Kah Yein dan MyAnimalCare,
RE: APPLICATION FOR STRAY CAT NEUTERING SUBSIDY
My name is Nur Azleen Jamaluddin from Klang, Selangor. I wish to apply subsidy for neutering 4 stray cats which lived and stray at my housing back alley. I believed that they is in one family of 1 mother cat and 3 kitten according to the same colour and markings. I am really concerned with over population that would be happen if they are not being neuter. I was planning to advertise and finding potential future adopter to adopt them after neutered. Attached together is their photo and gender for your reference. Your kind attention and assistance is highly appreciated. Thank you.

Good day,

Dear Dr. Chan Kah Yein and MyAnimal Care,

I already send MyAnimal Care subsidy application form with official original receipt via Pos Ekspress. The spayed operation were done on 17th and 20th of May 2015 at SPCA-DBKL Klinik Kembiri at Cheras, Kuala Lumpur.
For your information, there 5 stray cats in one family. I was quite suprised too, as I thought they were only 4 of them. But for the time being, I faced a few obstacles as I do only have 1 medium size borrowed cage which is impossible for me to bring them all along together. And I decided to spayed the 2 strays females of the colony first.
Here I attached the photo of 2 spayed female cats. Now, they are both in good conditions.
Thank you.
Nur Azleen may 27
