It’s me again, Abdurahemsa Mokhtar from Puchong.
I have brought 1 female stray cat from my friend housing block that I suspect are abandoned by their owner to the clinic for the spaying procedure on 1stnd June 2015. The procedure was done the same day and I collected the cat the next day.
As such, I would like to apply for neutering subsidy from AnimalCare and hope for your kind consideration on this. I am pleased to attach here the photos of the cats involved which were taken before and after the procedure together with the completed form and original receipt.
I will pass the original receipt and form to you soon somewhere this week.
