So, I decided to catch him and I brought him to the clinic and got him vaccine. And now already neuter.But I need favour from doc. I need the neuter subsidy because this cat is scared with people and difficult to handle. So I have to put him in warded after vaccine while waiting for neuter. I cannot touch him. Even the doc also cannot touch him like normal cat. So i ask the doc to take picture of this cat when he sleep. And this is the picture that the doc gave me.
