I m writing if I can apply for neutering subsidy for 2 male cats.
The first one appeared from nowhere to my housing area. The other one was abandoned by my neighbour (different lane), so now he just wander about (poor him).
Since there are 11 stray cats (5 adults, 6 kittens) who frequent my porch (I left kibble for them to eat), I m worried that these 2 new strays may get into fight.
So I sent them for castration.
I will try to find adopters for them.I hope that my application is being considered.
