Subject: Neutering For Alva, Moo, Adik & Dodo
To: Chan Kah Yein <chankahyein@gmail.com>Dear Dr. Chan,Enclosed are my 4 neutering cases. These are all street cats that I have rescued and fostered. Dodo gave birth 2 months ago and she was found at a condo near KLCC. Her 2 kittens were already adopted. Alva, Moo & Adik were rescued in front of a dry cleaning shop. They have all gone to their adopters’ house. I wish to apply for your neutering subsidy. Thanks so much!Ely
