I’m Sh Hasanah would like to apply for subsidy..I found this cat at in Sg Buloh when i go buy groceries…i realiased the cat has a big wound at the back of her leg..so i pick her up n tke care of her for about 2 month now…right now her wound already healing..n i thougt of letting her as outdoor cat..so i neuter her..i just just starting to work abt 2++ month..can i apply for subsidy..
I name her Yaya…will let her be outdoor cat as she love playing outside.
