To: “chankahyein@gmail.com” <chankahyein@gmail.com>Dr Chan：您好，我是来自柔佛州东甲的梁雪玲（LIOW XUE NI），我想替我家后巷的浪猫（2只小母猫）申请绝育补贴金。几个月前，家里后巷出现了3只小猫咪，有两只小母猫和一只小公猫，他们都是同一胎。不忍心看他们挨饿之下便开始喂食，所以一直以来，我都有喂食他们，还准备了箱子让他们睡觉，让他们躲雨，每天给他们吃饱饱，睡好好。为了不让他们数量增加，昨天（31/7/2015）请兽医到我家为那两只小母猫（已4个多月）做了结扎手术。当中的小公猫就必须等到够月了才能做绝育手术。母猫结扎后，我会帮他们找领养人。如果找不到领养人，我会继续喂食他们，绝对不会让他们挨饿。毕竟不管怎么样，他们都是有生命的。这些小猫一直都是在我家后巷生活的，而我家后巷是死路，交通工具根本无法通行，所以他们在后巷生活还算是安全的。他们对我们的贡献可大了，自从后巷有他们后，老鼠减少了。因此，我这里的邻居（不分种族）有时还会喂食他们当奖励，有次我的印度邻居还拿鱼让煮给他们吃，所以他们几乎很少饿肚子。
