Subject: Neutering Aid – Hanim Basarudin – R4
To: Chan Kah Yein <chankahyein@gmail.com>Dear Dr. Chan,This January I found four kittens, around 1 month old, abandoned outside of my father’s office. My father made ready a temporary shelter for stray cats but I guess people see it as an opportunity to dump unwanted cats there. I have been taking care of the cats dumped there since June 2013. I take them home to foster since wild dogs roam there at night.I named them R1, R2, R3 and R4. Here are their statuses:R1 = male, 8 months old, vaccinated, neutered (funded by AnimalCare), adopted to a good homeR2 = male, 8 m.o., vaccinated, neutered (funded by AnimalCare), released to backyardR3 = male, 8 m.o., vaccinated, scheduled for neuteringR4 = female, 8 m.o., vaccinated, spayedDue to short of fund and afraid that R4 would be in heat anytime soon, only R4 was sent for spaying first. R3 is the next in line along with another stray male cat soon. This would be my second time applying for neutering aid. I’m still studying and awaiting scholarship, so I used my savings for the previous batches of rescue cats. Since my savings are drying out, I wish to seek help to fund for R4. It was done in DBKL-SPCA Klinik Kembiri. The operation costs RM90.Attached are photos of R4 before and after operation. The form and the receipt have been posted via Pos Ekspres, with my name as the sender. The receipt has been signed and stamped by the vet.Thank you very much for this opportunity, and have a good day ahead 🙂
