We have fully sponsored RM110 for the castration of Men-Chai (male dog, RM60) and Doe (male cat, RM50). The procedures were done at the government clinic.

Dear Dr Chan, I have sent the application for neutering subsidy form & original receipt from jabatan haiwan penang to you on 19/8/15.
I would like to apply subsidy for neutering :
1. Men-chai – dog,male
Found him wondering around, very friendly n hyper energetic.
I trimmed his fur caused he has a bit “dandruff” problem n itchness.
Sent him to jabatan haiwan/vetrinar penang for neutering n care take for recovery n wl rehome after dis.2. Doe – kitten, male
Found him around parents house with another 2 kittens, 1 male n 1 female.
Planned to send all for op but manage to get 1 only….all kittens wl be ready for adoption after surgery.
I m caretaking him during recovery period.
Doe is also very energetic like all kittens n he is very curious little boy.I hope everything is in order & hv a nice weekend 🙂
