Neutering aid for another dog in Shah Alam (Karen Chan Seet Ying’s)

Dear Dr Chan,

My name is Karen Chan. I have just picked up an abandoned female pup around 5 to 6 month old and sent for spaying.  Doctor is supposed to perform surgery in the evening. As I myself already have 4 dogs I am not able to adopt her or any dogs that I helped rescued.  I understand that animal care is able to help with neutering fees for strays? After spaying I will try to re home,  if unsuccessful will have to release her back . Please advise am I qualified to ask for neutering claims?

A short write up about Kara. She is a stray in Bukit Rimau together with mom and a sister. Someone adopted her and took her back home in bandar utama. But after a few weeks she released and abandoned her in the same area.
