My name is Nurul Arafah.I rescued this cat during the big flood in Terengganu last year. She was just a kitten. I did not realize that she became an adult rather quickly. She got pregnant and delivered 4 kittens. I would like to apply for your neutering subsidy. I am a student and don’t have a permanent job yet.
