Hi Dr.Chan

Good day to you. We have spayed a female stray cat named er bao recently and hope to apply spaying subsidy for her. Her right eyesight is same as dabao and xiaobao, where the eye is blur and weak due to severe flu previously and so we will also re-home her after spayed.

Please kindly check on the attachment for her pix n receipt. We would appreciate very much if we could get some help for her sterilization fees. Thank you so much for your consideration. Thanks 🙂
