Hello Dr Chan,

I am writing to apply you for my cat neutering and spaying subsidy.

I have brought 4 cats (1 male 3 female) to Pejabat Perkhidmatan Veterinar Daerah Kuala Terengganu. The costs for neutering is RM30 and spaying is RM50. I have already mailed you the receipt and form via Pos Ekspress. The full cost for my 4 cats are RM180. Here are a short story about my cats.

Mango, Lemon and Orange

They are all siblings and their mother gave birth to them near my house last January during rainy season. I planned to keep them in because they are so well behave and super spoilt.

Mini

Mini was found near kedai makan looking all sad in the rain. She was so little and I can’t find her mother, hence I’ve decided to take her. She was born around December last year.
