We have sent 1 female dog and 1 male dog to the Vet for neutering on 09/Nov/2015.
They are:
1) Girly (female) – Spayed on 09/Nov/2015.
We found this friendly dog at Kangar town. Once she recovered, we will open for adoption or the worst case
we will release her back to colony.2) Lion (male) – Castrated on 09/Nov/2015.
He was roaming around our taman since last year and now my aunt would like to keep him after castrating.The total bill is RM 424.00 with GST, I wish we could claim for subsidy RM 300 (RM 150 x 2 dogs).
Please find attached the receipt, form and photos for your reference.
If you approved, I will send the receipt & the form to you by Pos Ekspress.Thanks in advance.
