I am applying for the neutering subsidy for 2 male cats around 10 months age that I have sent for castration on last Friday. They are both feral kittens that I rescued when they are around 6 weeks of age. We found them stuck in an old closet in our neighborhood. Both Shiro and Benham are siblings and If you remember Kuro, (the last female cat I applied for neutering as well), she was one the sibling too.
My plan for them after neutering is to continue adopting them until I can find a suitable and caring foster parent. I have sent the form and receipts for both of them in a same envelope on Saturday and should be in your hand by today. Attached is the picture of both Shiro and Benham that I have put together as a collage as per your request.I sincerely hope that you will consider my application again.
