in September 2015, I have e-mailed Dr. regarding one male stray.

Last week, I went back to hometown.

And I managed to trapped the male cat (I called him ‘Panjang’) and sent to vet for castration.

Is it ok if I apply for neutering subsidy?

I attached the receipt for your review.

I will submit the applying form and e-mail his photo (before and after castration) ASAP.
