Hi Dr.Chan,

I would like to apply for neutering aid for 1 male cat, Milo.

Milo was rescued from a park near my house on 10/4/15 when he was about 2 months old.

We put him up for adoption but no takers because he contracted recurrent skin fungus which took a couple of months to fully recover. Currently still looking for a good home for him.
