His name is Cicit.Cicit was rescued a month ago. He was a stray. But he showed a sign of on heat lately. I have a few of female cats that still not spaying. I think, its the best way by neutering him first. My aunty agreed to take him in. I have sent Cicit over my aunt’s house and now he is happy.Note:I have applied a neutering subsidy from you before and all was success. Thank you for your kindness. I really appreciate and if okay with you, maybe i will submit a few more application in future for a few female cats i was rescued that still not spaying.Thank you so much Dr Chan.
