I have sent a male dog to the Vet for neutering on 09/Jan/2016.
The total bill is RM 180.00 with GST, can I claim for subsidy RM 150?Please find attached the receipt, form and photos for your reference.
If you approved, I will send the receipt & the form to you by Pos Ekspress.I found him in October 2015, was bleeding & lying motionless beside the road at Setia Eco Cascadia, Johor Bahru. I believe he was hit by motorbike.
He was then sent to the vet & so lucky of him finally survived after 3 days treatment in the vet. I named him yellowy.So far there is a guy shows his interest to adopt Yellowy after I published online.
I will check again with him if he still keen in next few days.Thanks in advance.
