Dear Dr Chan

       A blessed new year to you. I would like to seek spaying subsidy for Jill. She roams around the factory area near Ara Damansara with her brother Jack. They are both about six months old. Last week Jill had some infection around her eyes. So this week i caught her and sent to the vet. I decided to spay her at the same time, since she may come on heat any time. She is a sweet and submissive dog. Living on the street isn’t ideal, even though there are kind souls who feed them her skin is becoming patchy due to sleeping on dirty streets. I will do my best to find her a home but in the meantime, she has been returned to familiar grounds. Attached are pictures of Jill.
