I have sent another female dog to the clinic for neutering on 23/Jan/2016 & I will send her back to colony today.cShe is a young stray dog at Gelang Patah, Johor.
Normally the guard & some nearby residents will feed her some food.Actually I plan to bring few more dogs for neutering, but not successful as it’s very hard to catch them. I have to win their trust first.
The total bill is RM 170.00 with GST (RM 160.38 without GST).
Can I claim for subsidy RM 150 for this case?Please find attached the receipt, form and photos for your reference.
If you approved, I will send the receipt & the form to you by Pos Ekspress.
