We have fully sponsored RM70 for the castration of this male cat.
Note: We haven’t been using Datin Norely’s title all this while because she requested it, but we thought it would be really nice for everyone to know that humans from all ranks and files do rescue work too!

Subject: Warung Male
To: Chan Kah Yein <chankahyein@gmail.com>Dear Dr. Chan,This weekend I managed to send another warung male cat for neutering. Enclosed is the collage and the picture of the receipt. The cat is not very friendly (it doesn’t look that way from his photos) and it was really hard to get a good picture. He’s been sent to the makcik warung who will take care of him. I hope you can approve my neutering subsidy. Thanks in advance!Norely
