Hi Dr Chan,
I’m Kenji’s fosterer. My friend rescued Kenji in the middle of Federal Highway. Really don’t know how this fella got there. Its impossible he got there own his own. Maybe he got into the engine? Maybe he got dumped by evil human. We don’t have the answer, how he got there in the 1st place.
