I would like to apply for neutering subsidy for a male cat. The details of the cat are as below:
My name is Cinnamon but I was more known as Momon at home. My papa found me in the middle of LPT highway last February when I was nearly hit by a truck that carried bauxite. The luck was on my side that day and I was between the tyres when the truck past through me. My now dad who was screaming hysterically at that time immediately pull his car to the roadside and ran to rescue me to his amazement, I was still alive but weak. my right hand is somehow broken to my dad believe that I was probably being ran over by a vehicle prior to that event. To cut it short, he brought me to the nearest vet, and took care of me since. I am now healthy but my right hand remains paralyzed. I was neutered last week and now I am back to my active lifestyle again.
