I would like to apply neutering aid for Sai Lou, attached is pic n information about him.

Sai Lou, male cat
–    neutered at jabatan haiwan penang state.
–    borned by a female stray cat at my apartment
–    I feed him & his brother everyday at the back of my apartment.
–    I have caretake him for 2 days and released him back to his brother at the back of my apartment.
(Hv to release earlier cause he make a lot of noise, I was afraid the neighbours will complain)
