I have sent a female dog the Vet for neutering on 18/May/2016. Payment was made on 22/May/2016.
I found this female dog at Gelang Patah Johor with colar on her neck and dog chain on 14/May/2016. I suspect she must be lost the way home or abandoned. I did post on many FB groups so that her owner may see and claim her back but so sad, nobody contact me so far. So I decided to get her spayed and release back to the place that I found her.
By the way, so sorry that I was unable to capture a closer / clearer photo of her wound as she struggled & ran off from my husband. Now she was a bit frighten and not allowed me to get any closer. Please let me know if I can claim for subsidy with these photo?
The total bill is RM 170 with GST (RM 160.38 without GST).
Can I claim for subsidy RM 150 for this case?Please find attached the receipt, form and photos for your reference.
