Good Morning

I wish to apply for neutering subsidy for Amiri.  He is a male stray in our neighbourhood.  He is extremely friendly and comes to beg for food daily.  As he seems to be of age, I have arrange for him to be neutered (including vaccination), after I dewormed and quarantine him for 2.5 weeks.

He has return yesterday and is doing well as of this morning.  He will be ready for adoption in 2 weeks after the stitches comes out.

I attached herewith the aid form + receipt and before/after picture of Amiri.  The originals will be posted to you accordingly.
