Good afternoon, lovely weather in penang….cool, as it is about to rain.
I would like to apply neutering aid for Boy, male cat :
I actually named him Boy, hoping he wl tune down as he is like a gangster who terrorise 2 other male cats on the same area.– Boy, appeared at the back portion of my apartment early this year
– I finally managed to capture him on 2nd attempt & he was neutered in Jabatan Haiwan Penang.
– I have kept him over night after operation & have released him at the back of my apartment. I have checked on his wounfd & everything is good.I have posted the original receipt & application form to you, I hope everything is in order.
