Subject: Neutering subsidy for 2 white sisters
To: Chan Kah Yein <chankahyein@gmail.com>Hi Dr Chan
I would like to seek neutering aid for these two very nice white females dogs. They are sisters and are among a group of strays made homeless after the authorities tore down an illegal hardware shop. Just around 6-7 months old, these two sisters are extremely sweet, quiet and obedient. It’s heart-wrenching to have to let them go back to the empty site again but there is no choice for now. The rest of the group are male dogs and one other female that is difficult to catch as she is skittish. We are feeding them daily and hope one day they can find a home.thanks
Eileen
