Subject: AnimalCare Neutering Aid
To: chankahyein@gmail.comDear Dr. Chan,I wish to request for the neutering aid.Last November, a stray mother cat (mcat) gave birth to 4 kittens near our home in Petaling Jaya. After 12 weeks of sheltering them, 3 of them have since been adopted. We’ve decided to keep the lovely mcat who was a good mother and her oddball son (Blackie). As Blackie became of age, both were neutered and spayed. Please find attached the collage and documents requested.Thank you for your charitable efforts. Much appreciated.Regards,Christabel
