To: Chan Kah Yein <chankahyein@gmail.com>hi Dr ChanI would like to seek neutering subsidy for Blacky. She is a short-legged dog that lives as a stray at the Tropicana Nursery. When i met her, she was already wearing a blue collar. I don’t know how long she has been abandoned there, Very nice dog, i honestly don’t know how anyone can throw away a dog like that. Anyway, she takes shelter sometimes at one of the lots there, along with a puppy that will also need to be neutered later. Foreign workers there are generally kind. We feed her along with another group of strays there. Who knows, one day, we may be able to find her a home. that is always the goal.thanks and cheers
