To: Chan Kah Yein <chankahyein@gmail.com>Dear Dr Chan,I would like to apply for spay subsidy for 3 cats. One female and 2 males. The male cat is En Teh and Cino. En Teh I rescue when he was around 3-4 months old at the Strand kota damansara, where i work, Cino is one of the baby from the stray cat at my housing area.While Poka i rescue early this year infront of 7E near my work place.Castration for En Teh and Cino cost RM 90 per cat.And Poka RM 110 for neuter.
