Margie and I would like to apply for neutering subsidy for Jackie.She is a female dog living in a building site in Bandar Utama.We have successfully trapped her after many failed attempts .She has undergone the operation , and we have also had her vaccinated.She is doing very well and we have placed her in a foster home.I have posted the form and receipt.Thank you very much for all the support and help you have given us.Kind regardsSusan
