Would like to inform you that I will forward a claim today via ordinary post.
Below are the short write-up of the pet:
Gobi was being abandoned nearby my housing area last 2 months. My parents had taken care of her since last 2 months. As usual, we will temporarily adopting her whilst at the same time look for a good owner to give her a forever home. Kindly see the attached images (pre & post operation) of Gobi. Sorry that the images were not taking by me this time as i was outstation during Gobi’s pre and post surgery. My mom looked for a friend to assist her in taking the photos. Therefore, the images may not as good as last time. Hope the same is acceptable by your goodself.
Reference is also made to your previous email in respect of reducing the claim amount due to huge amount of claims receiving by your organisation. I am delighted to reduce my claim amount of RM50.00 and hence, you only need to reimburse a sum of RM100.00 to me.
