Hope you received the receipt & form by today, which posted on 10/10/16 evening.This doggie were found and feed daily at Tmn Suria Pendamar, Dr named her Audrey, she had completed done operation on 10/10/16 and now still admitted at vet till 16/10/2016.Shall release back to usual place after discharged.Best Regards,
