To: Chan Kah Yein <chankahyein@gmail.com>Hi Dr. Chan,I am writing to apply for the spaying aid for 3 cats.Xiao Hei and Xiao Hua are the daughters of Rou Jie (we also applied for her spaying aid from you before). To update you, Rou Jie is now a happy community cat in a safe environment. While for Xiao Hei and Xiao Hua, we managed to rehome them (in pair) to a couple staying in Cheras.Tang Tang is the daughter of Tian Tian, a female cat that we also applied for subsidy for spaying last month.
