To: Chan Kah Yein <chankahyein@gmail.com>Hi Dr. Chan,Oren (2 y.o) and Hitam (1 y.o), are my neighborhood cats. My mom and I have been feeding them and few other cats for a while now. Now, they’re living in my house along with another 2 cats. There are some other female and male cats around the neighborhood. I don’t want them to get into fights and hurt themselves. There are cases when Oren come to me with few injuries on his body from fighting with other male cat. Oren also been spraying around the house for quite some times, so, I think it is better to neuter him. I hope you can approve my application.I will post the form with the receipt to you tomorrow. I agree to reduce the amount received by RM10 for each cat. The charge for each cat is RM90. So the amount would be RM80 for each cat.Thank you.Ms Nurul Fithrah Saad
