Neutering aid for 6 cats in Puchong & Kuchai Lama (Lina Wong Li Ngar & Lim Si Jie’s)

Hi Dr Chan,

I am writing to apply for spaying and neutering subsidy for 5 female cats and 1 male cat. They are respectively:

Ozui, Lili, Huahua, Tigress, and Socks are cats at a wet market in Puchong. We noticed most cats there are female so we suspect most of them are abandoned there. After spaying, we will return them to the wet market and continue to provide their food.

Bubu was found at Kuchai Lama. After neutering, he will be released back to the community where he was found, where the community will continue to feed him.
