Good Evening Dr Chan,

I am Mazlina from Sentul. This afternoon, i had post out the subsidy form as well as the original receipt from vet to Dr Chan. It’s for Labu, the stray cat who has delivered four babies in front of my house last 3 months.

The kittens now with the new adopters and Labu has been spayed at the clinic. Labu will be released back in the community. Her ear also has been tipped a bit.

Hope the subsidy will be consider.
