To: Chan Kah Yein <chankahyein@gmail.com>Dear Dr. Chan,Wan-Wan,a female cat was suddenly appear in front of my house an early morning on 22/11/2016. I guess about 1 month ++ during that time.in April, she reach 6 months old and ready for spaying.
After spaying, she will open for adoption.here, i would like to apply for neutering aid for Wan-Wan.
