Good Afternoon to you.
We wish to apply for Spaying subsidy for Maizy.
Maizy was found in a carton box with her litter of 3 kittens (all has been successfully adopted) at the wet market. She is very friendly which could mean she was probably thrown out.
After she had weaned off her 3 sons, and even after all successfully adopted, we were still unable to spay her until now due to our restricted finances with so many milk drinking/sick kittens rescued all the time.
We enclose her picture, bill & form. If all is fine, we will post it tomorrow.
